The account works fine overall, i guess, but the interest rate is rough and the fees Start piling up before you really notice. I was making payments and still ended up paying more than I expected. It’s not the absolute worst thing ever, but I probably wouldn’t use it again unless I really had no other choice.

"Limit finally went up a bit"
After a few months, my credit limit did go up. Not by anything too exciting, of course, but I guess it was fair enough. At least the site made it easy to check, which is more than I can say for some places.

I started using their card mainly for the rewards, but the cashback has been such a headache. It takes forever to show up, and when it finally does, the amounts don’t match what I thought I was supposed to get. I reached out to support, but the replies felt generic and didn’t really clear anything up. Am I missing something here? For such small rewards, it doesn’t feel worth the hassle

I’ve been frustrated with the Bread Financial app. It’s slow, randomly logs me out, and sometimes my payment info just won’t load at all. I usually have to close it and come back later, which is not something I should have to do when I’m trying to manage a credit card. It does work eventually, but it’s way more stressful than it needs to be. Bread Financial really needs to take responsibility for this and make the app more reliable

I thought closing my account was going to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t?? I called in, answered a couple of questions, and they took care of it quickly. I got the confirmation later too, so no issues there. Way easier than I expected

"Approval process took way more effort than it should’ve"
I applied for a credit card expecting a quick answer like they said, but the whole approval process ended up being frustrating. I had to wait longer than expected, then kept getting mixed info, so I felt like I had to keep chasing things down myself. Customer service wasn’t much help either and didn’t really explain what was going on. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely took more effort than it should have and was annoying.

"The website is honestly kind of a pain to figure out"
I had a frustrating time using the website. It’s not that I couldn’t eventually get around, but it felt way more confusing than it needed to be. I kept clicking around trying to find what I was looking for, and the layout didn’t really make it obvious where things were or what I was supposed to do next. Maybe it makes sense once you’ve used it a bunch, but as someone just trying to get in, find information, and move on, it was a bit of a hassle

I was bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth and long wait, but they handled my dispute really quickly. No extra hassle, no chasing people down, just got it taken care of. Kind of a relief after dealing with so many exhausting customer service situations lately.

"Logging in works, but it feels more frustrating than it should"
I can usually get into my account without too much trouble, but the login page can be slow and sometimes throws extra steps at me out of nowhere. It’s not the end of the world, but it gets annoying, especially when the prompts make it feel like I’m being walked through something obvious or talked down to. It works, just not as smoothly as I’d like.

The savings rate is okay and definitely better than what I was getting with my old bank, but it’s not exactly amazing and it seems to change, so it’s not always the best out there. The service is fine overall, but what bugs me is how hard it is to get any actual human contact. Sometimes I just want to talk to a real person instead of clicking around or dealing with automated stuff

"Bills have been right so far"
I’ve mostly been using Bread for payments, and so far... the billing has been right every time. I haven’t noticed any weird extra charges or anything like that, which is what I care about most. The only thing is, the site can be a little slow here and there, but overall it’s been fine for me.
